CHILDREN'S ACCIDENTS (16) £5 will be paid to the parent whose name appears on the registration form in the event of ari accident to his or her child over the age of six and under the age of 16 years causing broken arm above the wrist or broken leg above the ankle, providing such accident is the direct result of one of the aforementioned and defined accidents and does not occur during employment. PROVIDED ALWAYS that the above Undertaking and Agreement is subject to the following special conditions which are the essence of the contract, namely, (a) The scope of the Insurance is restricted to accidents happening In' New Zealand and to steamers sailing within New Zealand territorial waters.
