SECOND CHRISTCHURCH SALE CONDITION BELOW AVERAGE Press Association CHRISTCHURCH, Tuesday. The second Christchurch wool sale nf the season was concluded today. There was good representative selection of fine quality wools containing a fair sprinkling of super clips. However. the condition generally was net up to the average a 4 previous sales at this time of the year, there being a large proportion of tender and discoloured wools. Bidding was rather irregular, although well sustained, super wools meeting with spirited competition. The following is the range of prices: Merino. —Extra super, 13Jd to 143 d; super, 12d to 13$d; average, lid to 113 d; inferior, 9Jd to IOJd. Corriedale. —Extra super, to 17.\d; super, 13d to 143 d: average, lid to 12Jd: inferior. lOd to 103 d. Fine Halfbreds.—Extra super, to ISJd; super, 13d to 14Jd; average, lid to 12Jd; inferior, 9d to 10|d. Medium Halfbred. —Extra super, to loid: super. 12£d to 13£d; average, lofd to 12d; inferior, B£d to lOd. Coarse Halfbred.—Super, lid to 12d: average, 93d to lOJd; inferior, 7£d to 9d. Fine Crossbred. —Super. lOd to 103 d; average. 83d to 93d; inferior, 7Jd to Rid. Medium Crossbred. —Super. Old to lOJd: average, Bid to 9d; inferior. 7d to Bd. Coarse Crossbred. —Super, 91d to 10#i; average, 8d to 9d; inferior, 7d to 7|d. Bellies and Pieces.—Merino: Good to super. Bid to lljd: low to medium, 7d to Bd.
