At the Leichardt Stadium last night a 12 round contest, the New Zea•ander, .lack Paul. lOst 41b, outpointed A 1 Bourke, lOst 71b, of Newcastle. It wag a splendid fight, Paul forcing •he fighting until the fifth, when one ef Bourke’s eyes had closed. The latter brightened, however, and dropped Paul for the count of seven. Fro® then on Paul was extremely a-sressive and floored Bourke for eight in the tenth round. Bourke managed to see the round out, but was outboxed in tile remaining rounds.
