NOTED ENGLISH JUDGE
SIR MONTAGUE SHEARMAN Reed. 11 a.m. LONDON, Monday. The death has occurred of Sir Montague Shearman, a Judge of the King’s Bench since 1914. Sir Montague Shearman was 73 years of age. He was a scholar at Oxford and was made a barrister at the Inner Temple in 1881. In 1903 he became a K.C. He was a keen athlete and was an amateur champion of athletics as well as a keen footballer and badminton player.
