WOMAN SERIOUSLY INJURED

MOTOR-VAN OVERTURNS Mrs. Briscilla Jane Sadgrove was admitted to the Auckland Hospital shortly after 10.30 last evening, suffering from severe spinal injuries which she received when a light motor-van on which she was travelling overturned on some loose metal an the road near Whitford. at about 6.30 p.m. The Auckland Hospital was immediately communicated with, and the ambulance, which was dispatched to bring the injured woman to town, made the return trip in a little more than two hours. The condition of Mrs. Sadgrove this morning is reported as serious.
