PLOT TO BOMB FORMER WORKPLACE PUBLIC ECONOMY BLAMED TOKYO, Saturday. An attempt to blow up by dynamite an important power plant, Dy workmen who have been discharged on account of retrenchment, was discovered and averted in the nick of time. The widespread increase of industrial unrest, and frequent cases, of sabotage, are attributed to the repressing influence of the economy campaign of the Prime Minister, Mr. Hamaguehi.
