SPAIN’S PROGRAMME
NO DRASTIC CHANGE MADRID, Friday. King Alfonso of Spain has approved of the new political programme submitted to him by the Prime Minister. General Primo de Rivera. No change in the regime is proposed. The programme merely affect# local machinery for the present. Reports that the Cabinet has resigned are denied.
