MINISTER’S MOVEMENTS

The Hon. E. A. Ransom, Minister of Public Works, will leave Auckland on Tuesday on a fortnight’s tour of the North. Leaving Auckland Whangarei by motor-car he will the country as far as Russell until next Saturday, inspecting country areas and receiving deputations. 0 U January 12 he will attend the centeß' ary celebrations at Waimate Nortk On the following day the Minister will inspect the railway works at Okaib* 2 ancl will later visit other centres & eluding Whangaroa and Kaitaia. *1 will return to Whangarei on Januaa 17 and will reach Auckland by train on the following evening, returning Wellington on January 19.
