BRIDGE PARTY A very jolly bridge party was taken to Miss Elsie Simmons yesterday afternoon at her home in Claudelands. Flag bridge was played, and some keen contests took place. The prizes were won by Miss Trix. Monckton, Miss Enid Hammond and Mr. Ray Hawkins. Among those present were: Miss E. Simmons, Miss K. „ Wilson, Miss A. Coventry, Miss A. Bell, Miss E. Ward, Miss N. MATAMATA NOTES Mr. C. E. Barry has joined Mrs. Barry at Waipukurau. Mr. E. L. Bartleet, is staying with friends in Matamata. Mr. and Mrs. S. Stockdale are holidaying at the Thames. The Rev.
