Deaths.—Month, 2 (4); quarter 14 (10); year, 43 (33). Marriages.—Month. 5 (2); quarter 12 (8); year, 40 (28). The past year was slightly drier than usually experienced in Cambridge. The total rainfall for the period was 48.26 in, which fell on 160 days compared with 53.99 in on 144 days for the previous year. February had the least rain, there being onlv three days of rain, while June had the wettest conditions, rain falling on “1 ''ays.
