LORD CRAIGAVON’S VISIT
ARRIVAL IN WELLINGTON TO MEET SIR JOSEPH WARD Press Association WELLINGTON, Today. Lord Craigavon, Prime Minister of Northern Ireland, and Lady Craigavon, arrived in Wellington this morning from Rotorua. They were met by Mr. D. Thompson, permanent hesid of the Prime Minister’s Department, and Mr. D. Ardell, representing the New Zealand Government, also by the president and other members of the Ulster Association, and by Mr. S. S. Dean, president of the New Zealand Rugby Union, who reminded Lord Craigavon of a meeting in Belfast on the occasion of the All Blacks’ visit in 1925. Lord Craigavon visits Sir Joseph Wafd at Heretaunga today, and also pays a visit to the Massey Memorial at Point Halswell. He and Lady Craigavon will leave for Lyttelton by ferry steamer this evening for three weeks in the South Island.
