PRESENTATION TO GOVERNORGENERAL Fourteen representatives of tho King’s Empire Veteran’s, under the command of Captain James Stichbury, N.Z.M., paraded at Government House this morning to say farewell to their Excellencies, Sir Charles and Lady Fergusson. At the function, which was of a strictly private nature, Captain Stichbury presented the Governor-General with an illuminated address on behalf of the King's Empire Veterans, in whom Sir Charles Fergusson ha? taken a keen interest during his term in New Zealand.
