TWO OFFICERS ACCOMPANY HIM British Official JVirclcss RUGBY, Monday. When the Prince of Wales leaves England on Friday for Africa, he will be accompanied by Colonel Piers Leg& and Captain Aird. The Prince’s big; game shooting expedition will be oi a strictly private character, and no official engagements of any kind will be made during his trip. How long the Prince will remain in East Africa has not been decided. The details of his arrangements are to be settled after his arrival.
