CONSTABLE IN DOCK
CHARGED WITH THE THEFT OF THEATRE TAKINGS MELBOURNE, Sunday. Constable Ernest Simonson, stationed at Prahran, has been arrested and charged with the theft of £l7l, representing the theatre takings left at the Prahran police station" on Thursday night for safe keeping. Accused has been remanded until January 7.
