15 PERSONS DROWNED
STEAMERS COLLIDE IN SEA OF MARMORA ONE CAPTAIN ARRESTED Reed. Noon. CONSTANTINOPLE, Fri. At least 15 persons were drowned in the Sea of Marmora in a collision at midnight on December 22, between a Greek vessel and the Bulgarian steamer Varna, the crew of 34 ot" which were picked up by a British vessel. The Turkish police arrested the cap' tain of the Greek vessel.
