DEVONPORT WEDDING

CEREMONY AT HOLY TRINITY CHURCH HAMMOND—BAINBRIDGE The wedding of Miss Dorothy Bainbridge, eldest daughter of Mrs. and the late Mr. Gordon Stone Bainbridge, of Burgess Road, Devonport, to Mr. Frank Hammond, only son of Mr. and Mrs. A. B. Hammond, of Epsom, was celebrated at Holy Trinity Church, Devonport. yesterday, the Rev. H. B. Wingfield being the officiating minister. Entering the church with Mr. R. Kay, the bride wore a charming frock of palest beige net and lace over blush pink georgette. Her hat of bangkok straw was in the same delicate shade of pink, and matched her shower bouquet. In attendance was the bride’s sister, Miss M. Bainbridge, in a frock of cameo pink tulle over satin of a slightly deeper shade. Her picture hat was of tulle apd crinoline straw in palest pink. Mr. Gordon Hammond, cousin of the bridegroom, acted as best man. A reception was held later after the [ ceremony at the residence of the | bride’s grandmother, Mrs. Lloyd, of King Edward Parade.
