BOWLING UMPIRES
In order to secure uniformity of action by bowling umpires, the Council of the Dominion Bowling. Association has decided to call them together in conference prior to the Dominion tournament. It has also been decided that umpires will be required to examine the bowls of all players prior t* their taking part in the big tourney.
