NEW ZEPPELIN.- —Dr. Hugo Eckener, commander of the Graf Zeppelin LZI27, announces that the construction will be begun in the New Year of the LZI2B, a sister ship to the Graf Zeppelin. She will be 740 feet long and bigger than the British airship RlOl, whose passenger accommodation she will copy.
