ROTORUA ROADS
LOAN PROPOSAL CARRIED Special to THE SUK a ROTORUA, MondayA poll was taken today on a proposal to raise by loan £10,700 for the purpose of bitumenising many second ary roads in the borough. Little interest was taken by the ratepayers. From a roll of 1,322 only 74 voted for the proposal and 63 against. The proposal was carried.
