PORT HARDY SAILS TOMORROW. — The Pawners’ Co-op. Auctioneering Company advises that the C. and D. Line’s steamer Port Hardy, now filling up at Auckland, leaves here tomorrow afternoon for Halifax and London, via Panama,
DIQNYSSIOS STATHATOS COMING. —Advice has been received by Henderson and Macfarlane that the Greek steamer Dionyssious Stathatoa left Nauru Island on December 18 with a cargo of phosphates for discharge at Auckland, New Plymouth and Wanganui. She is due here about December 30.
WAIOTAPU DUE MONDAY. From Pacific Coast ports via Papeete the Union Company’s AVairuna is expected to arrive at Auckland on Monday evening, according to a radio message received. From here the vessel proceeds to Wellington, Melbourne, Adelaide and Sydney to complete discharge.
MAIMOA LEAVES NEW PLYMOUTH. -—Ad\ ice has been received by A. S. Paterson and Company that the Shaw, Savill and Albion Company’s steamer Maimoa left New Plymouth at 11.30 p.m. yesterday for Auckland, where she is due at 5 p.m. tomorrow. She will berth at the Queen’s Wharf, and later proceeds to Napier, where she completes loading for London.
TRANS-PACIFIC CARGO SERVICES. —The Indien was to leave Los Angeles on AVednesday for Auckland, Wellington and Sydney. She is due at Auckland on January 8.
The Waikawa was to leave Vancouver yesterday to load at British Columbia ports, thence to San Francisco and Los Angeles for Australian ports. She clears the Pacific Coast about January 5.
The AVaitemata left AA’estport on December 5 for Vancouver direct.
The AVaihemo leaves Suva on December 26 for Vancouver direct.
The Hauraki leaves Sydney today for Vancouver, via Fiji and Fanning Island-
The AVairuna left Lyttelton on AVednesday for Dunedin, New Plymouth, Napier and Auckland, and returns to Vancouver via Fiji.
The AVaiotapu left Papeete on December 12, is due at Auckland on December 23, and proceeds thence to AVellington, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Sydney, and returns to Vancouver via Fiji.
CALLANDIA BUNKERING. The steamer Cai’andia, at present anchored in the stream off Hobson Bay awaiting orders, started bunkering from a hulk this morning. A. G. Frankham, Ltd., expects orders for her at any time.
KALINGO DUE THIS AFTERNOON.— According to her last wireless advice, the Lamb steamer Kalingo is due this afternoon from Goff’s Harbour, Sydney, with a cargo of Australian hardwoods. The vessel has been allotted a berth at Central Wharf, and after she; has unloaded the local portion of her cargo will proceed to other ~ew Zealand ports to discharge the remainder. The Northern Steamship Company is her local agent PORT DUNEDIN TO LOAD. —Now lifting Australian hardwoods at Bunbury for New Zealand ports, the C. and D. Line’s motor-ship Port Dunedin will later load at Picton, thence Port Chalmers, AVellington and Auckland. She is expected here about February 1 and is scheduled to clear this port finally on February 4 for Halifax and London, via Panama. The Farmers’ Co-op. Auctioneering Company will act as the local agents.
HERMINfUS IN PORT. —An arrival in the stream early yesterday afternoon was the Shaw, Savill and Albion Company’s steamer Ilerniinius with a cargo of hardwood from Bunbury, Western Australia. The vessel cleared Bunburv on December 3 and called at Albany and Sydney for bunkers. She left Sydney last Saturday for Auckland. The Herminius enjoyed fine weather throughout her trip and is now berthed at King’s AVharf discharging the local portion of her cargo. Captain T. V. Roberts is in command of the Herminius, and he has associated ■mth him the following officers; Chief -A. Costa; second, Mr. H. M. Thompson; third, Mr. D. N. MacGregor; fourth, Mr. A. McSporran; chief engineer, Mr. A. Widdrington; second, Mr. j. Kidd; third, Mr. D. Bertram; fourth, Mr. J. Lynch; fifth, Mr. E. Howard; sixth, Mr. E. Smith; seventh, Mr. R. Henderson; chief refrigerating engineer, Mr. A. Roberts: second, Mr. F. Mitchellchief wireless operator, Mr. G. W’aring: chief steward, Mr. A. 3rereton. L. D. Nathan and Company will be dispatching the Herminius later for AVellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin to complete discharging.
