NEW WORK IN BRITAIN.—Sir James Parr, High Commissioner for New Zealand, has accepted a new appointment in connection with the Empire Free Trade movement and will remain in England for another year. He had previously intended to return to the Dominion, but has had to postpone his visit until the end of next year.
