HAD 95 CREDITORS
Although 95 creditors were listed on the schedule of a bankrupt when the official .assignee, Mr. A. W. Watters, called a meeting yesterday afternoon, the meeting lapsed through the absence of a sufficient number of creditors. The liabilities were £227, but the assets were only £lO 4s.
