Having paid 20s in the pound to his only creditor within a few days of his adjudication as bankrupt, John 3E». Bakalich, a boardinghouse keeper, cf 54 Mount Eden Road, will apply to the Supreme Court early in the New Year for an annulment of the order. At a meeting called by the official assignee, Mr. A. W. Watters, this morning, no examination was necessary, in view of the position.
