DECISION IN WELLINGTON SAVING OF £15,880 A YEAR Press Association WELLINGTON, Today. Reductions in charges estimatd io total £15,880 a year were agreed to by the Wellington Harbour Board last evening, on the recommendation of the special committee set up some time ago to go into that question. The annual saving to importers and exporters, chiefly shippers of dairy produce, and fruit, is calculated at £11,517., while shipowners will benefit to the extent of £4,363 a year. The new tariffs will operate from April 1, 1930.
