PRINCE EDWARD

An exceptionally Tine talking programme will be presented at the Prince Edward Theatre this evening. The chief attraction will be “The Awakening,” a talking and soundsynchronised picture, starring the beautiful blonde actress, Vilma Banky. She appears as a village girl in. Alsace just before the war, and much of the film concerns the rural beauty of that country. Later there are many exciting incidents of the war, with Walter Byron in the role of a German Uhlan officer. The silent film, “The Devil Horse,” starring Rex, the wild horse actor, will add to the entertainment, also a number of talking and singing featurettes.
