entertaining silent pictures make up the current programme at the Regent Theatre, Epsom. They are “Not Quite Decent,” a dramatic tale of mother with a background of New York night club life, starring Louise Dresser and June Collyer. The second picture is “Joy Street,’* a breezy tale of youth and ~ the fascination of the bright lights of the city. Lois Moran is the star.
