Work is in progress on the Titirangi Hotel, the contract having been let to Mr. P. W. Peate for a sum approximating £20,000. The hotel is being built for a private company and will stand on the site of the old store just above the Treasure House. This latest perspective of the building is by the architects, Bloomfield, Owen and Morgan, Yorkshire House.
