END OF DICTATORSHIP FORESEEN DE RIVERA’S OPINION Times -Cable . LONDON, Tuesday. The Madrid correspondent of “The Times” states that the Spanish Government’s official organ, “La Nacion,” publishes an announcement by the Prime Minister, General Primo de Rivera, in which he foreshadows an early return to constitutional government. He says there will be no abrupt change in the situation. The dictatorship will not disappear suddenly, but quietly, perhaps next year, leaving Spain’s future ensured.
