Some of the more outstanding pj c . tures, though all have merit, are—- “ Tracery,” by W. S. Baverstock Christchurch; “Columns,” by q Penticost, Invercargill; “Winter,” b\ F. L. Casboth, Christchurch; ‘'Sin. beams,” a delicate study of lighthrough trees, by C. A. Weedons, Denedin; “The Lady in Velvet" by j Treloar, Dunedin; “The Net” by R S. Leniard, Auckland; “After Rain ' a beautifully balanced cloud effect over a marshland by J. C. Holland Auckland; “The Storm Cloud.” by ) W. Jones, Wellington; and “Roses,” by Miss D. Tlnnev, Wellington. The exhibition will be open on Wednesday and Saturday afternoons until 3 o’clock, and each evening from ’ till 9 o’clock.
