NEWMARKET WORKS

Notification of the Local Government Loans Board’s approval of the proposal to raise a supplementary loan of £IOO for street works was received by the Newmarket Borough Council last evening.

Appreciation of the work of the Newmarket Fire Brigade in dealing with the recent fire at their premises was contained in a letter from the TaupoTotara Timber Company, Limited.
