SEWING CIRCLE OF HOSPITAL AUXILIARY ENTERTAINED MRS CARR SMITH IS HOSTESS A pleasant morning tea Was given by Mrs. Carr Smith at the Tudor rooms on Saturday for the members of the newly-formed junior branch of the CitySewing Circle, of the Auckland Hospital Auxiliary, of which Mrs. Carr Smith is convener. The balcony was used, the tables being beautifully arranged with iceland poppies. Mrs. Carr Smith received her guests wearing a smart of navy and beige georgette with a hat to tone. Mrs. Nutter,, secretary of the Sewing Circle, who assisted, wore an ensemble of champagne duchess de soie with a hat of toning shade. Among those present were: The Mayoress, Mrs. A. D.
