MAN SEVERELY BURNED

SPRAYED BY BOILING PITCH Severe burns on the face and arms were suffered by Mr. Frank Andrade, aged 41, of 48 Islington Street, Ponsonby, as the result of being sprayed with boiling pitch, when he pulled the bung from the barrel. He was removed to the Auckland Hospital by the St. John Ambulance. His condition is stated to be satisfactory.
