RADIOMEN TO CONFER
FIXTURE FOR AUCKLAND A large attendance of members of the Xew Zealand Association of Radio Transmitters is expected at the first Dominion convention, to be held in Auckland from December 27 to December 29. On the opening day a discussion on technical subjects will be held in the Leys Institute, Ponsonbv. where a short-wave transmitter has been erected, and has been in operation by Auckland members for some time. In the evening of December 28 a dinner arranged by the Auckland branch will oe held in the Akarana Yacht Club’s rooms. The convention will end with a picnic at Motuihi on Sunday. December 29, in which the public will be invited to take part.
