Publisher Charged Mr. W. Nash, Labour candidate fop the Hutt seat, has laid in the Magistrate’s Court at Lower Hutt, an information against the publishers of the ‘Hutt News,” charging them under section 162 of the Electoral Act. 1927, with publishing an allegedly untrue defamatory statement concerning Mr. Nash ami calculated to influence the votes of electors.
