PERMIT FOR FIREWORKS
NOW NECESSARY FOR BUYER AND SELLER POLICE TO TAKE ACTION From Our Own Correspondent WELLINGTON, Today. The police force throughout New Zealand has been instructed by the Commissioner of Police, Mr. W. B. Mcllveney, to take court proceedings under the Arms Act against any person buying or selling without a police permit fireworks capable of a destructive explosion. He wishes the public to take warning accordingly.
