(2) The Committee may add to, delete from, or postpone the programme if deemed necessary. (3) The Committee reserve the right to rehandicap any competitor on the day. Competitors compete at their own risk. Registration.—All Competitors who wish to compete in any event at any Sports Meeting held under the Rules of the N.A.U. (Incorporated), shall cause themselves to be registered on the books of the Union prior to competing. Handicaps will be made known on Ground on day of Sports.
