PERSONNEL OF COMMISSION TT is announced that the inquiry A into the cause of the flying tragedy at Milford last evening will be held dn Monday at 10 a.m. at the Defence Department headquarters. This commission will consist of Major Isitt, president, Captain Wallingford, of the New Zealand Air Force, and Flying Officer R. J. Copely, R.A.F., ground engineer for the Auckland Aero Club.
