Prices: Shorn two-tooth wethers made 23s to 265: shorn two-tooth ewes, 2Ss to )s 9d; shorn four-tooth ewes, with lambs, 16s Sd. Fat heifers made £7 ills; fat cows, £8 9s to £9 2s; fat steers, £lO 14s: mixed line cows and heifers. £9: two-year-old steers. £7 5s to £ S 15s; 18-months steers, £6 15s to jC 6 16s: 15-month steers. .£5 is. .springing heifers, £ 5 5s to £5 12s Gd; cows and calves. £6 17s: store cows, £6 5s to £6 17s: black Polled Angus heifers, 15-months, £6 13s: 15months black Polled Angus steers, £G 1 7s.
Small weaner pigs made 22s to 23s stores, 30s; porkers. 33s 6d to 37s 6d.
