MATAMATA J.P. ASSOCIATION
The annual meeting - of the Matamata branch of the Justices of the Peace Association was held in the Kensington rooms, Matamata, Mr. M . O. Garland presiding. The president reported that only two meetings had been held last year. The balance sheet showed a small deficit and after some discussion it was decided to continue the branch. The election of officers resulted. President, Mr. J. W. Simpson; secretary. Mr. A. J. Young; auditor, Mr. G G. Griffiths. . - +l ,_ Appreciation of the the retiring president was -1 j members.
