CONGRATULATIONS TO MINNS Mr. P. C. Minns, 8.A., who has be- n selected as a New Zealand Rhodes Scholar, is to receive a letter of congratulation from the Auckland University College Council. At a council meeting yesterday afternoon, the chairman. Sir Georg-* Fowlds, commented on the popularity of the selection, and said Mr. Minus would represent the Dominion with credit.
