MOTOR-CYCLIST INJURED

COLLISION WITH LORRY A fracture of his arm and head injuries were suffered by Mr. H. L. Howe, of 100 Mount Eden Road, as the result of a collision between the motor-cycle and side-car he was driving, and a motor-lorry, at the top of Symonds Street, early Saturday afternoon. He was removed to the hospital, where his condition is stated to be satisfactory. Mrs. Howe, who was a passenger in the side-car. suffered abrasions and shock, hut after treatment at the casualty ward was able to go home.
