PHOTOGRAPH TO BRITAIN FROM NEW YORK LONDON, Thursday. Less than 20 years after the "first transatlantic wireless Morse code message resulted in the arrest of the murderer Crippen, comes the detention of a Norwegian, Westerguard, at Harwich, as the result of the wireless transmission of a photograph from the New *York police to Scotland Yard. Westerguard, who is accused of embezzling £12,000 from a New York bank, admitted his identity when brought before the court. He was remanded.
