JJ OWICK TOW NOTICE OF PROPOSED LOAN. In the matter of “The Town Boardi lct, 1908," and “The Local Bodies loans x*t, 1926." and amendments and regulaioils made thereunder respectively, the lowick Town Board hereby gives notice i terms of “The Local Bodies Loans Act. 926,” that it proposes to raise three pecial loans of the follc-wing amount* nd for the following purposes:— I. A Special Loan of £9,310 for the urpose of installing pumping plant, well, hlorination, delivery main, reservoir, regulation mains, with all necsssary ydrants, tees, valves and other fitting* nd house connections. (a) For the purpose of securing the repayment of the said Special I*oan of £9,340 a special annual recurring rat# of 73-80 (seventy-three eightieths) cf a penny in the £ will be made and levied upon the rateable value of all the rateable property within the whole of the Ho wick Town Board District (b) It is proposed to make such loan repavable in 30 years and to make prevision for the repayment thereof by a sinking fund of £1 10s - one pound ten shillings) per centum per annum. Ir--terest on said loan will net exceed 5} per cent. (c) No portion of interest or sinking fund will be paid out of loan moneys, but the costs, charges or expenses incurred in raising the lo<.n will be paid out of the same. IT.
