WELLINGTON CRICKET REPS.
The English cricket team is due to arrive in Wellington on December 10 and the first match of the tour will be against Wellington. The sole selector of the Wellington team, W. S. Brice, has already chosen the following players for practice:—W. F. Airey. F. T. Eadcock. W. A. Baker, C. Dempster. H. Foley. J. Fortune, M. Henderson, A. M. Hollings, R. W. Hope. K. C. James, J. T-amason. H. X. Lambert. T. C. Lowry (Hawke’s Bay). Tv. 11. C. Mackenzie. H. M. Mcr;irr, E. McLeod. G. A. Rotherham. S Ward, F. Warnes, and R. de R. Worker I Hawke’s Bay). At the moment it looks as though the team will consist of Airey, Badeock, Dempster. Foley. Henderson. Hollings, James, Lambert. Lowry, McGlrr and Worker, with Rotherham and Mackenzie fighting for twelfth man.
