MR. MORTON RESIGNS Mr. F. S. Morton, a member of the Transport Board for No. 3 area, forwarded his resignation to the secretary of the board. Mr. W. St. J. Clarke, this morning. An election--the first in the history of the beard — will thereforfe be necessary. Nominations will close on December 19 and the election will be held on December 30.
