JUDGMENT RATIFIED
A judgment for £l6B on a claim by Samuel Trevor Dibble, against the Mount Wellington Road Board, was ratified in the Supreme Court today. The majority of the items for which Dibble claimed payment as the former consulting engineer of the board, amounting to over ’£l,ooo, were referred to arbitration.
