LITTLE THEATRE SOCIETY
THREE ONE ACT PLAYS Those Auckland theatre-goers who enjoy a good one-act play will be delighted with the Little Theatre Society’s final production for this year. Three one-act plays will be presented by three separate casts. The plays are: “God and Mrs. Henderson,” by Harold Chapin; “The Monkey’s Paw,” by W. W. Jacobs; and “The Twelve Pound Look,” by Sir James Barrie. These will be presented by the society ill the Concert Chamber on December 4, and the three following evenings. Booking arrangements are advertised.
PRINCE EDWARD Three entirely different yet most entertaining silent pictures make up the programme to be screened at the Prince Edward Theatre this evening. Two of these films are being presented for the first time in Auck-
land. They are Bi one entitled “What Next,” is a clever, witty comedy, and the other, “The Guns of Loos.” starring the London players, Madeline Carroll and Henry Victor, a fine wartime story. Finally the amusing comedyd r a m a, “My
Friend from Madeline Carroll India,” will be screened.
