NOMINATIONS close together with performances and entry fees not later than DECEMBER 6. CONDITIONS AND RULES. All competitors compete at their own risk—three starters or no race; five starters or no Second Prize. No entry shall be in order where the Entrv Fee is not paid, and competitor's Handicap will be withheld until such fee is paid. Scratching for a race shall not relieve any competitor of the liability of paying his Entrance Fee once his nomination has been received. Any competitor starting in a race when he has made default of payment of any Entrance Fee for that or any prior event shall be disqualified for the event or events. Protests must be lodged within 15 minutes of finish of event, in writing, accompanied by a fee of 5/-, which will be returned if protest is upheld. Decision of protest committee is final. LES.
