TAUMARUNUI LADIES’ CLUB From Our Own Correspondent TAUMARUNUI, Today. Mrs. R. W. Thomas was in the chair at the annual meeting of the Taumarunui Ladies’ Golf Club. Officers for next year were elected:—Caplan, Mrs. R. W. Thomas: honorary secretary, Mrs. A. W. Richter; committee, Mrs. Johnston, Mrs, Faire, Mrs. Albertson, Mrs. Holford, Miss Macpherson and Mrs. Harris; C grade representative match committee, Mrs. Seaton, Mrs. Albertson, Miss Macpherson and the captain and secretary. The competition played during the season resulted; —Senior club championship, Mrs. Richter; junior club championship, Mrs. Vivian; L.G.U. silver medal, Mrs. Godfrey; L.G.U. bronze medal, Mrs. Holford; Vivian Cup, Mrs. Richter; captain’s trophy, Mrs. Holfor£; Mr. Bell’s trophy, Mrs. Richter: bogey handicap, Miss Hughes; senior club eclectic, Mrs. Holford; junior, Miss Hughes: Mr. Bell’s trophy (C grade). Miss Autridge; C grade medal, Miss R. Stevenson; C grade foursome, Mrs. Moore and Mrs. Harris.
