VANDALS AT OTAHUHU
REWARD OFFERED FOR CONVICTION
When Cr. Gray reported at last events meeting of the Otahuhu Borough ouncil that eight shrubs, which had J cently been planted on the Great outh Road, had been snapped off, he commended that a reward of £5 be fareu to any person who assists in curing the conviction of the guilty arsons. In -supporting the proposal, Mr. '•ements said the tool-shed on the lount Richmond Domain had been tipM over twice, and the tools thrown tout. Mr. Gray further reported that image had been done to the garden ’ot surrounding the Nixon monument, Ml he expressed the opinion that the ime squad of larrikins was response for all of the damage. It was unanimously agreed to offer to reward .
